Simone’s Not-Sausage Rolls

My housemate, Simone, had to make snacks for a work morning tea. Wanting to take something homemade, but not spend a fortunate on ingredients or waste much time, she decided to make super quick and simple sausage rolls.

Although we have had posts about sausage rolls before (Veggie sausage rolls and Meaty sausage rolls),  I guarantee these sausage rolls are much quicker and easier to make.

Ingredients: puff pastry and vegetarian sausages

Equipment: chopping board, knife, oven trays, oven

Steps: cut each sausage into quarters. Cut the sheet of pastry into a 4x6cm rectangles. Lay a piece of sausage diagonally on the pastry, bring the opposite corners of the pastry together and pinch to seal. Bake at 180 degrees Celsius for 12 minutes or until golden.

Chop the sausage and the pastry, then wrap
