Pizza is loved the world over. What I love about homemade pizza is that you can tailor it to suit your mood. Feeling hungover? Add extra cheese. Want something healthy? Use a wholemeal base and limit the cheese. This post is about the tasty mushroom and olive pizza my housemate made recently.
For this pizza we used Bazaar brand pizza bases because they are thin crust and yeast free.
Simone spread the base with crushed tomatoes and then added artichoke hearts, baby spinach, mushrooms, olives and cheese.
She baked the pizza at 180 degrees Celsius until the cheese was golden.
