Garlic Green Beans

Green beans are not my favourite veggie. Being force to eat overcooked microwaved beans as a child was not a great start to the relationship.

Green beans with garlic and butter (or oil if vegan) on the other hand are delicious. But then again what isn’t better with butter and garlic? Icecream, and I’m glad I’ve never tried it!

Garlic green beans are super easy to make. Start by top and tailing the beans, i.e. removing the ends off each bean, and finely chopping some garlic.

01 prepAdd a knob of butter (or tablespoon of oil) to a frypan and sauté the beans. When they are nearly cooked add the garlic and some salt.
