My friends are very supportive, so when I mentioned it was Pizza Week on my new blog they volunteered to come to my house and make pizzas! Many tasty pizzas made including one with ham and capsicum (peppers).
With Petrie’s help I made sourdough pizza bases.
My friends provided the pizza toppings and together we made many delicious pizzas.
Pat’s creation was the ham, capsicum and mushroom pizza.
Pat’s pizza was made with tomato paste, shredded mozzarella, fresh mozzarella, ham, kale, capsicum, mushroom and baby spinach.
Ingredients: Sourdough pizza base, tomato paste, shredded mozzarella, fresh mozzarella, ham, mushrooms, capsicum, kale and baby spinach
Equipment: chopping board, knife, over tray, oven
- Spread tomato paste and cheese on to the pizza base
- Evenly spread other ingredients and top with more cheese
- Bake at 170 degrees Celsius until golden
